Online and face to face therapies, though different, are equally valuable services for people worldwide. Online therapy has the advantage of reaching out to people who are unable or unwilling to use face to face services. Qualified counsellors and psychotherapists should undertake additional training in order to practise safely on the internet.

No worries about an unfamiliar or unpleasant environment (waiting rooms, uncomfortable seats, bad lighting, decoration, smells, noise, etc.)

You can make yourself comfortable in your own surroundings.

  • you can write your email or read the reply at a convenient time, at your own pace and in your own surroundings;
